Prior to founding the Morin Development Group in 1997, Mr. Morin was the Senior Vice President of Real Estate for The Sembler Company, a leading national real estate development firm with over $5 billion in assets. While in that capacity, Mr. Morin put together in excess of $1 billion in capitalized leasing and sales transactions. Mr. Morin's career has touched virtually every aspect of real estate development including retail, office, mixed use, master planned communities as well as Tampa's only vertical power center.
It is upon this incredible success achieved over twenty-five years within the industry that Mr. Morin has built an organization whose passion for excellence is capable of translating his vision into reality. Through the Morin Development Group, the West Florida region has enjoyed the introduction of over one million square feet of successful and innovative retail, residential and entertainment experiences. Mr. Morin, his wife and child reside in Tampa, Florida.
