Our Purpose

Established in 1997, the Morin Development Group shares in the hope for creating within the Tampa Bay area a better community and as such, takes very seriously the concept of good corporate citizenship. Over the years, the Morin Development Group has worked closely with various organizations throughout the community in order to "give back" in a manner that stresses maintaining the quality of life to which everyone is entitled.

The Morin Development Group works closely with the office of the Mayor of Tampa in support of the Mayor's Beautification Program, raising awareness and funds in support of neighborhood beautification projects throughout the City of Tampa. Additional support for charities like the Spring of Tampa Bay and the donation of the Carver City Community Civic Center are further examples of the commitment to the community that is made by the Morin Development Group.
