Hillsborough Square Shopping Center
A shift in the local demographic had led both K-Mart and Kash N’ Karry to the conclusion that it was time to shut their doors. Once again, it was the Morin Development Group that had the foresight to determine the best use for the property that was situated at an intersection with one of the highest traffic counts in Tampa, Florida. In the year 2000, after demolition and the necessary remediation was completed, Home Depot, Walgreen's, a full service SunTrust Bank branch, and 20,000 square feet of Class A retail space rose up from the site. The result was yet another thriving commerce center brought about through the vision of the Morin Development Group.
