Suncoast Crossings
As the population of Florida continues to blossom, needs have created opportunities that did not go unnoticed by the Morin Development Group. Within the West Central Florida trade area, demonstrative growth created the need to extend thoroughfares that provide and facilitate easy access to the many points of interest as well as business centers. The Morin Development Group recognized the opportunity to create a master planned community adjacent to the newly created Suncoast Parkway. In doing so, the Morin Development Group introduced Commercial/Retail space along with Multi-Family Residential and Single Family Homes to create a new standard for this vibrant area of growth.
