Walter's Crossing

For years, the headquarters of Walter's Industries occupied what was one of the most recognized intersections in the state of Florida. So, when it was time for Walter's Industries to relocate their operations, it was the Morin Development Group that was trusted to convert that site into a first-of-its-kind vertical mall. In 2006 Walter's Crossing greeted the public with a tenant mix that was anchored by Target, Linens N' Things, Wild Oats, DSW (Designer Shoe Warehouse), Rooms-To-Go, Petsmart and the Macaroni Grill. The impact upon the market has been recognized as a crowning achievement for retail development in Tampa.
